The Carolinas Asian-American Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting Asian-owned businesses in Mecklenburg County. Our Access To Technology program offers $16,800 worth of laptops, security systems, and POS systems to help local businesses thrive. This initiative is designed to help businesses improve their operations and better serve their customers. Business owners (and nonprofits) will have the chance to win one laptop, security system, or POS system. For further details, please see Eligibility Requirements and Award Process below.

Complete the Asian Business Outreach Project Survey.

Note: This is required to apply for the Access to Technology program. Access to Technology applications will not be considered if applicant has not completed the Asian Business Outreach Project survey.

Complete the Access To Technology application.

Note: Please ensure you have completed Step 1: Complete the Asian Business Outreach Project Survey before applying.

By participating in the Access to Technology Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Participants must be 18 years or older and owners of small businesses located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Completing the Asian Business Outreach Project survey and submitting an Access to Technology application are required to enter. No purchase is necessary to participate or win. The program period is from November 18, 2024 to December 31, 2024. One entry per business. Recipients will be selected at random through a lottery and notified by email by December 17, 2024. The odds of receiving technology depend on the number of eligible applications received. The items provided are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed. By accepting the technology items, recipients consent to the use of their business name, likeness, and participation details for promotional purposes without further compensation. The program is void where prohibited by law. Carolinas Asian-American Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for technical failures or any other issues that may affect participation. This program is governed by the laws of North Carolina in the United States of America, with any disputes subject to the jurisdiction of North Carolina courts.
